"The hotel staff at Chimayo are amazing! Everyone is friendly and helpful and we were greeted with daily smiles and conversation. The location couldn’t be more perfect as you’re in the heart of the best of Santa Fe. We were able to walk to everything. Our room and the grounds felt authentic to a Spanish hacienda but our room was a little dark from bad lighting and dirty windows. They really need to clean the windows so the light can get in. The place could also use a coat of paint. Otherwise it was great and I would definitely stay at Chimayo again."

"Location is convenient for attractions and shopping, Had an issue with the shower draining and a staff member came and fixed the issue almost immediately. There was also an issue with the air conditioner which was also handled quickly and effectively by maintenance. Also liked the outdoor seating and the pool area is great. The beds were very comfortable and I felt very at home in our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santa Fe."

"Excellent breakfast burritos. Really amazing and freshly made. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Shower didn’t have soap or shampoo (bottles were empty). I told the front staff, and after taking my room number they said,”oh yeah, we ran out.” Night staff receptionist was amazing. Very kind and helpful."

"The check-in experience was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Despite our group having four rooms, check-in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Although the bellhop had already left for the day, security stepped in and helped bring our luggage to our rooms, providing outstanding customer service. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of The Plaza, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The views were beautiful and added even more to the overall experience. We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job accommodating our large group. The service was attentive, and everything ran smoothly despite the size of our party. Overall, we were very impressed with the professionalism, hospitality, and service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area."
