"A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost). Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned). We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather."

"It is located in the best area in Santa Cruz, close to all main sightseeings. The rooms are a little bit outdated. Staff is really nice and attentive."

"Breakfast is good and diverse but gets boring when you stay 7 days because it’s 95% the same ,I think they should change the fruits and vegetables every few days!The rooms are spacious but not much sun and the only things I was missing is a terrace or balcony any space to dry ,specially when coming from the beach and you have no place to dry your swimming costume and towels "

"We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool it was clean the bed was very comfortable but terrible pillows room was a nice size it was nice having a balcony but the noise from the traffic was loud when sitting outside the shower wasn’t great not a lot of pressure and very hard water wish I’d brought my conditioner because the water made my hair really dry pool was lovely but I can’t imagine what it would look like in the summer months because there are not enough lounger’s and the area is not that big and it would have being nice if the water was heated especially in the cooler months like February March and April we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have dinner and the food was delicious and lovely staff all the staff were very nice and friendly "

"Very poor value hotel as for example the toilet flush was not working properly and there was a bar with loud music playing until the early morning. So it was nota place to get a good night rest."

"Maid woke me up around 9 am banging on my door, although I did not have the do not disturb sign on door because I was only there for one night 9 am is very early to be banging on peoples doors, unacceptable. She could have verified with reception if I checked out"

"Well located with easy access to what most people would like to do on a first trip to Tenerife. The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The staff were all helpful and accommodating and we appreciated their help. Good solid choice. "
