"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

"Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays...

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days. Their spa facilities were wonderful and thanks to their babysitting service we were able to enjoy a couple of hours in the spa. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests to ensure we had a relaxing stay. "
