"Everything was great "

"Loved everything about this hotel. I go to this town pretty often and know many hotels in the area. This one is now my number one in Santa Cruz. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is an old building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes, you can hear some noise from other guests but that's normal in old Spanish building and it didn't really bothered me as I think guests at the time managed to keep noise to the minimum. No sound from the streets tho, and the hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also, the girls at reception were lovely and accommodating. I arrived too early for check-in and they looked after my luggage and took it to the room when it was ready, while I went to explore all the shops. 10/10, thank you very much for the awesome hospitality."

"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties with our check-in, and they could not access the information Expedia was supposed to send them. Despite our "ghost" reservation, they made sure we had a room and they had a "customer first" attitude. They are also very friendly, and we enjoyed conversing with the staff. The breakfast is also quite nice. "
