"Arrived late to the hotel because of a missed flight. Staff very helpful and friendly checking us in when we were exhausted. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only stayed the one night and slept in so did not eat breakfast there. Checkout at noon and the held our luggage while we walked about and had lunch. We would definitely stay here again. "

Fresh orange juice is available if you ask for it. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of Bologna. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nothing special besides that, basic place. We missed a blanket on the bed which was brought to us in minutes, good service. Location is great, super easy to walk into the city center. However, we also ran out of toilet paper which was never replaced, as well as no clean towels in 4 days."

"Close to train station , 10-15 minute walk to arched walk ways / shops . There is a Vibe in the hotel , bar is good , pool looks great ( did not use ) Staff really helpful"
