"They should tell you that there is no elevator. Also there was no light in the stair way at night. You had to find the switch in order to see where you were going. The TV and the security safe were not working either. One staff was able to communicate with us. The others tried to accommodate us to the best they could. "We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed to avoid any misunderstanding. We would love to come back to Siem Reap one day and Heritage Suits would be our prefers choice! "
