Thanks guys great stay spotlessly clean room really good hot shower sea view decent tv room was lovely and warm bed really comfy so much so that i didn't wake up till 8.30 instead of my normal 5 00 will definitely be back couple of small things a mat or tray to put muddy boots on in the room would be good all in all really good thanks again

Very accommodative team at the hotel. All the staff were very helpful. Amazing location and conveniently placed for any bus journeys planned to other parts of the island. Sea view room truly made our day! Had no trouble at all.

Nice location. Great breakfast. Comfy lounge bar area. Friendly enough staff. But thebroom....I know it was 27c, we was on the top floor and the room was like a sweat box even with the fan they provided. The window had a safety lock so only opened about 4 inches. It seem like a converted loft to make more space. May have been better on the lower floors? Sorry but didn't sleep well here. .aybe move the safety locks so more fresh air can come in or air condition the top floor is needed?

Very dated decor and in need of complete renovation. Walls and ceilings of bedroom were pale and faded magnolia / white with painted over cracks in ceiling. Rooms very warm (no aircon) and only a cheap plastic desk fan to cool them down. Very basic facilities / amenities in room (cheap plastic kettle, single bottle of 'shampoo & gel' in bathroom and cheap plastic bins and toilet brush. Restaurant was like something from the 1970's with long, slow moving queue for cereals and juices and then long wait for table service orders. Would not recommend or choose to stay again. No car parking.

Nice view but very basic, drab room with basic amenities. No shower gel. Basic, cheap and tiny single beds and bedding. Kettle was cheap plastic and even with bottled water, the tea tasted like burnt plastic and chemical. Very overpriced for a basic room

We had a beach view room which was spacious and had an absolutely stunning view over the beach and cliffs over a distance. We came to the island for my son’s fossil hunting. He’s 9. We listened to the high tides at night, absolutely worth it. Even with the window open, it’s still warm during the day in the winter. Will revisit.

Comfortable hotel with great seaviews.

Comfortable rooms with great seaviews. There was a little confusion at reception on our arrival as they didn't seem to know that we had already paid. Hotel is popular with coach tours so dining room got very busy, that said service was still excellent. Entertainment in evenings was a single singer with prerecorded music as back up but was really good (60s to 90s songs). No air-conditioning, but a fan was provided in rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

After a long day of emptying a property, we were looking forward to getting to our room and winding down for the night. Upon arrival into the room, it was like an oven opening up the door. It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. We had to open our main door to try and let some air enter the room as it was absolutely unbearable to stay in there. Then it was time for a shower. We were sweaty and grubby, and I just wanted a nice lukewarm shower. Upon looking into the bath, I noticed the plughole was absolutely chocker blocked with thick black hair and then strands of it scattered around the bath and also on the bathroom floor. I let it go that night as I was absolutely shattered and needed to cool down, which comes to my next issue, the shower! There was no lukewarm setting it was either boiling hot or freezing cold! Then the pressure was so slow that it would have been quicker filling up the bath and just having a quick soak! Another issue that we had was when we went to the bar we were completely ignored by a staff member for whatever reason I am not sure but we were next to be served and got ignored whilst another person who had arrived after us was served first. Overall, this will be my first and only stay at this hotel, and I will NOT stay here again after my experience!
