"Excelente estadía en el corazón de Pasto. Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas, algo que el personal confirmó antes de nuestra llegada. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con calentadores para las noches frías. El desayuno es fresco y preparado al momento. La comunicación rápida y la amabilidad del personal marcaron la diferencia. Muy recomendable.

"This hotel was comfortable and pleasant in a nice neighborhood. Everything is new. It was quiet while I was there. Many rooms were unoccupied. However, I would make note that you will clearly hear voices from other rooms even though people are talking at a normal volume. If the hotel was fully occupied it would be very unpleasant . Windows do not open to the outside. They open into a light shaft and noise travels up and down. "

"Took more than 1,000,000 pesos from me despite not using the reservation. Even though I told them I was cancelling they still took all the money for the reservation . I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. By the time I could help it was too late and they took the entire cost of the 4 nights. I understand that there would be some costs involved with this, and as such I was...
