"The hotel is beautiful and covered in art. The staff are the best and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I don’t usually give out 10/10 ratings but this was genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed "
"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"I stayed here for one night. Although the room is a bit pricey like all the hotels in the area, it was worth it. Super clean, high ceilings, convenient with shops, restaurants and landmarks nearby. The reception staff were very nice and attentive. "
"A great place to stay, right in the middle of Madrid. Easy to get to transport links, and within walkable distance to Retiro Park and other beautiful parts of the city. Quite noisy at night but thats expected due to its central location.
Rooftop bar and pool is awesome, only for residents and guests so its never overcrowded. Reception and bar staff were always available and polite and patient with my attempts to speak Spanish!."
"Normalmente me gusta quedarme aqui, es creo que la cuarta o quinta vez. Ademas de que esta bien localizado, es moderno y nuevo, lo mas que me gusta es que hacer esely check in si el
Cuarto esta listo( normalmente lo esta) le doy 10/10"
"Everything was perfection. Location top notch, but the best "Only You" in Barquillo has to offer is its amazing staff. Their service, knowledge and attentiveness is second to none. Special kudos to, Julio, Vognar, Giovanna, Alba and the crew at Padrino. The crew at Brunch. All of you made our trip magical once again. Thank you! We'll be back soon. Gustavo & Patrick."
