"Beautiful heritage house with incredible character and a vast array of traditional decoration. The pool and gardens are lovely and well maintained. The family room we stayed in was very large for 4 with 3 beds and a lounge. Staff have been over the top and this hotel was the best we had in weeks. 3 main caveats for families: 1/ Family room gives on street side, the street is at a cross road leading to steepy road to main street so motorbikes making a turn accelerate to go up and woke us up...

"The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly.
