Great location and very friendly staff. The hotel booked us excursions to Teide and Loro park and both were great. It’s very convenient that the hotel has a free shuttle to Playa de las Americas! The restaurant by the water has a very nice gourmet food.

The lake room was amazing . The staff were very attentive and the hotel food was great . The night entertainment was a bit sparse but a very nice holidayn
