"Everything thing was lovely the atmosphere, staff, shows, only thing that was abit disappointing was that you cannot order room service so couldn’t get breakfast bought to my room also the was no gowns in the room. "Great location and very friendly staff. The hotel booked us excursions to Teide and Loro park and both were great. It’s very convenient that the hotel has a free shuttle to Playa de las Americas! "From the moment we arrived and checked in to leaving the whole experience of the hotel was top class. Checking in, parking at the hotel, the room, the location and they even printed off some documents for me from my email account. "This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and the staff and rooms are great. Asked to be upgraded as first room wasn't as good as we'd experienced last year.....
