"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking.
