Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent. We thought this hotel was great value. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again.

La prima nostra vacanza a San Martino, la struttura è veramente bella e posizionata in pieno centro. Questo permette di raggiungere i negozi e i ristoranti molto comodamente. Il nostro pacchetto comprendeva una doppia con trattamento di colazione inclusa. Partiamo con il recensire la camera: trattandosi di un albergo 4 stelle, la nostra camera, nonostante la zona notte era nuova con mobilio in legno, il bagno sembrava fosse un pò datato, diciamo non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. In generale la stanza era pulita, anche se un piccolo appunto devo farlo per la polvere sui televisori e all'interno della plafoniera a soffitto. Il letto dove dormiva mia moglie nonostante fosse vicinissimo alla porte non risultava particolarmente fastidioso, ma nota dolente (lo abbiamo segnalato anche in reception) la prima notte non è riuscita a dormire a causa di un "periodico" rumore che tutta la notte ha infastidito il sonno (forse qualche elettrodomestico della vicina pizzeria o qualche motore dell'ascensore). (per un 4 stelle direi non accettabile). La colazione, viene servita in una stanza che è stata ampliata su una parte di balconata che rende davvero unica la vista verso le dolomiti. Il consiglio svegliarsi un pò presto per sedersi nei tavolini vicino alla vetrata e godersi i colori del sorgere del sole. (se posso consigliare, eliminate le erbacce che crescono tra le mattonelle e tutto diventa TOP). Nulla da dire sulla Spa: bellissima!! Saune, bagno turco, piscine, idromassaggi...bellissima

Tutto eccezionale dalla colazione alla camera e soprattutto il centro benessere tra i migliori visti fin'ora anche paragonato a diversi hotel 5 stelle. Unica nota negativa da segnalare la puzza di scarico nel bagno in camera.

Hotel posizionato proprio al centro del villaggio. Le nuove camere Deluxe sono molto belle, curate ed estremamente spaziose, oltre ad avere una bella vista sulle montagne circostanti. La Spa è più che ok, se non si hanno aspettative eccessivamente alte. Personale in generale attento e pronto a venire incontro alle proprie esigenze del cliente. Ottimo e ampio il buffet della colazione.

Relax a San Martino di Castrozza

Ottimo albergo, dove ormai è la quinta volta che soggiorniamo. Nulla da eccepire, perfetta sistemazione sotto tutti i punti di vista. Piccolo neo, il caldo eccessivo all’interno delle camere, anche con il termostato in posizione “off”.

Comodo albergo a due passi dalla partenza della funivia. Pulito, silenzioso e parcheggio davanti o dietro l'hotel. Spa bella: obbligatorio ciabatte, cuffia e costume. Ricordate anche gli accapatoi altrimenti dovete noleggiarli e il costo giornaliero non è poco: 10€

frequento questo albergo già da un paio d'anni ed è in assoluto il mio preferito di sempre. ogni volta che arrivo mi sento a casa, il personale è estremamente cortese e le camere sono meravigliose (le ho provate tutte). La SPA è nuovissima e molto carina, la colazione super!

Hotel Cima Rosetta

Hotel staff were very professional, accommodating, and friendly! Spa was perfect and relaxing! We had a room next to the elevator which was noisy when the elevator was in use at all times. So if you have any room next to the elevator, you will always here it going up and down at all hours of the day or night. Other than the elevator noise, hallway noise is quite noticeable from people talking or running in the hailing ways, or moving and bouncing things on the floors from rooms above you. The room had a very large balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains. We would still recommend and stay at this hotel even with these inconviences.
