"Always a good stay staying here and there starting to renovate at the right time but rooms are always nice and clean and the breakfast is good as well"

"Absolutely loved this hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple different times and it’s always nice and quiet, the beds are comfy and the rooms are always clean!"
"The property itself was decent, only issues were ants in the kitchen and one of the showers floor had areas that slightly sunk in if stepped on, also very small cracks. These things are very minimal, did not impact stay. My issue and complaint is that on our last day there, due to a fire we lost power sometime shortly after 5pm, I was able to get sporadic service on my phone and sent a text to both people that were listed as property contacts, i received a response from one of them, Timothy I believe. He stated it was due to a fire in Lake Arrowhead and that he would keep me updated, that was the only text I got from him and the other person ever responded. Around 7:30pm we were told by a neighbor that the fire knocked out a power grid and there would be no power for about 2 weeks. We had to hurry up and pack, it turned dark so we were packing and cleaning up in the dark, using a flashlight and our phone lights. I texted Timothy and the other person letting them know that since there was no power we had no choice but to leave early, not finishing out our stay, no response at all. The next day i emailed Timothy regarding getting a partial refund for us having to leave early do to no power, Timothy has not responded to my refund request. "
"Well, as one of my guests said...the photographer should get 5 stars! Pictures were so good it was deceiving.
Also, the 4th bedroom for children was not a bedroom at all. Where I come from it would go against fire code.
There could have been some instructions on how to use the portable air conditioner since it was 90 Degrees and very warm.
The second bedroom should note that it is attached to the master and people had to walk through to get to the bathroom.
Could use a deep cleaning. especially in the utensil drawers.
