"This is my goto spot whenever I am in Ontario. The rooms are nice and clean. There's plently of parking. Staff is friendly but this time one lady was very rude and gave us attitude because we requested late checked out when we checked in. She rudely said we can't do that. Whoever she was I hope she sees this because that's not how you treat a paying customer. The guy we always see when we check in is the nicest guy ever! I love hearing his stories he tells us. He knows how to show great customer service."

"Pros: Parking was simple, though the key card reader is too far from the road so you have to exit your car Location was great, lots of nearby food options and just a short walk to our destination Vending machine is actually very reasonably priced Bed was comfortable Fridge with separate freezer was nice Staff was friendly and seemed helpful enough when checking in and out. Cons: Facilities are old and dated Carpet in the hall was starting to buckle which can and will cause a tripping hazard Shower had holes in the wall from something that had been removed at some point Room had like 2 outlets and neither remotely close to the bed Found a toenail on the floor "
