"It was our 3rd time staying here. It's the only hotel I stay at when I come to SF. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and they make me feel welcomed, which hasn't always happened in the past with other hotel staff. Love they have they're own parking garage. We've never had issues with a brake in. I highly recommend staying here and will continue to stay there in the future!"

"We stay hotel 4 days and overall our experience was excellent the staff were friendly and welcoming room was clean and comfortable and we truly enjoy our stay especially enjoyed time spending time at the bar while watching soccer There was just on unfortunate incident while enjoying my cocktails at the bar I notice small flies in my drink and the staff member who was serving me replaced the drink with fresh one I appreciate how professionally the situation was handled . I do have videos of the incident but my intention is simple to provide honest feedback apart from that one issue everything else was wonderful I would be happy to visit again ."

"Room was compact but clean. I did not think the mattress was great but that may be my preference. No breakfast provided, but it is within walking distance of many restaurants. It was a good choice for being close to the wharf as well. Only stayed one night, so didn't experience too much. There is construction in the lobby and other areas."
