"Although the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was extremely disappointing due to the fact they did not deliver the room as per Expedia platform: very small for two people , very poor ventilation, and very uncomfortable. "

"The room was good although I found hair that didn't belong to me on the sheets..Also noticed that the floor wasn't needed better sweeping....I came to find out by a male staff that I couldn't invite my friend to my room..although my friend lives there in town...my friend was only picking up that I brought as a gift..and this whole incounter, the male staff was a bit rude..😐"

"Excelente estadía en el corazón de Pasto. Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas, algo que el personal confirmó antes de nuestra llegada. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con calentadores para las noches frías. El desayuno es fresco y preparado al momento. La comunicación rápida y la amabilidad del personal marcaron la diferencia. Muy recomendable. "
