"I'm very happy with my stay at city garden suites. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast were fresh with variety of choices. Aircon and rooms were excellent. ".The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification"

"The pool was terrible! Getting to the pool, going about the pool, the pool itself was terrible! Not clean either and only for small children. The pool should be easily accessible for hotel guests without the hoopla that we had to go through. The area around the hotel should be cleaner as well.none of our drivers knew how to get to our hotel. Going anywhere you have to go through a bad area to get to the good area. "
