The stay and staff was incredible. The staff in both hospitality and food and beverage was beyond great. They were always accommodating and helpful in anyway imaginable. I would definitely recommend!

Casa Natalia Boutique Hotel
The staff called a taxi asked us to pay them for it. We questioned that but they assured us that is what they did. Stood with us vouched for the taxi that came and then at the airport the taxi insisted we pay them and said “no the hotel wouldn’t pay them”?? A scam by hotel?

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
Food was average at best. Most of the food was overcooked and sat in steam tables too long. Entertainment was also lacking on the main stage. The Michael Jackson show was great. Pools were not clean most mornings. cups were still floating in them from the night before.
