"The hotel was nice, very boutique and comfortable. We liked hanging out by the pool, loved the food but especially the quesadillas at the hotel bar/restaurant and the Cabo coffee they serve is delicious!!
The kitchen staff were super friendly, the rest of the staff can benefit from the same smile and friendly attitude."

"I stayed here when it was the original Tropicana. It was closed for 3 years and went through a complete renovation. The staff was kinder and more attentive than any five star hotel I have stayed at. "
"Half the pool area was under construction. Lots of noise. The pool bar was not operational. What i didnt like was that there was no mentiob of any of this when i was booking my stay. Other than that the resort was great with very friendly staff"
"The property itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. Our room was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 queen beds, a kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms, and a stunning view. The staff was also all so kind and helpful. We loved the staff and they made our experience even greater. "

"We visited Drift on a trip to enjot the Mezcal selections. We returned this time to stay, and enjoy the Mezcal selections. The weather did not cooperate this stay but we were treated great by the staff and we still had a wonderful stay. Just wish it could have been longer. And without a hurricane."
"The hotel apartment had every amenity we required including beach towels, stove, and pots/pans/containers and the communication via Whatsapp was convenient and efficient. The pool and rooftop area is beautiful, just be careful of mosquitos depending on the season. We had a great time and will be back on our next trip to Los Cabos.
Keep in mind that you will need transportation to get to the nicer beaches in the area, but this place is great for being near the center of San Jose and enjoying the shops, eateries, and art walk. Also grocery stores and markets are a little far on foot, so getting transportation to the Walmart, Market, or Soriana will most likely be necessary. "
