"Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean, and nice big street-view windows. It's an older building but the furniture and bathroom were updated. I can forgive not having a fridge in the room."

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Room was very clean and quite. Love that we were able to open the window! All the staff were very lovely. They have a great filtered water machine in the hallway. My only complaint would be the hallways and lobby have maybe a lil too much fragrance/air freshener, but luckily the rooms are not this way at all. I would definitely stay again."

"The lobby is absolutely stunning. The rooms feel a little dated but ours was clean and comfortable. The shower glass isn’t tall enough so we sprayed water on the floor. Beware- they put a fluffy stuffed dog called Buster on the bed, so the room is actually $35 higher than advertised. Evil genius who came up with that idea. My kid sleeps with it every night now…"

"Our stay was great, very friendly staff, nice room & lobby. We were disappointed when we went to the Top of the Mark bar for a drink that they asked us to pay a cover charge. Staying at the hotel 2 nights, dining, parking... do not think it was appropriate to ask us to pay a cover so that we could go in and purchase cocktails. We went nextdoor to The Fairmont and patronized their lovely lobby bar, enjoyed the cocktails there and the welcome "

"We chose the Hilton in the Financial District because of its proximity to the theatre we were going to. We were in for a pleasant surprise as we explored the China Town. Nice area to walk around and experience San Francisco’s Chinatown culture. Walking distance to some great food options and bars. "
