The location was great. The staff was good. The pet fee was expensive as well as the parking. I would not recommend parking at the hotel and rather walk for a much cheaper rate nearby.

The location was great-close to the Fisherman Wharf area, restaurants and shopping. We took the public transportation (BART and bus) and the stop was right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and best of all, we had a great experience with each staff member we met. I would definitely recommend this place and we will book this place if we ever come back to San Francisco!
