"The property is a renovated hotel. Accoustic / popcorn ceilings, small bathrooms, thin walls & floors.You hear doors slamming above you and in the halls.I had to wear ear plugs because it was noisy. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, but bland.The next trip to San Francisco I'll be checking out some other options. "

"The hotel is over 100 years old but the room was immaculate the service great. Free lattes free fruit free cookies. They offered several types of pillows. Even a rubber duckie on the bath tub. The staff was so helpful and nice. The location was excellent "
