"Calling it "newly renovated" is a bit of a stretch. I don't find any signs of recent renovation. Maybe the furniture? The bathroom was clean for Philippine standards, but not for Western standards. The room didn't have a fridge or a microwave, only a kettle, limiting "

"I coming here for last 5 years, it's kind of getting old, especially bath room shower has black mold and room has some kind of smell, staff are very good and helpful. SM mall is right next to the hotel."

"When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system."

"Very old and outdated. If you want to borrow an iron, they charge 100 pesos. Can’t turn on the faucet for hot water. We tried to check out before 8am and the person on duty was sleeping in sofa in the waiting area. "

"Location was great, right off of Lacson. Merkado Lacson was just around the corner with live music and food stalls at night. Plenty of laundry in the area, Korean Karoake bar just up the street, and not far from lagoon park / street food. Everything functioned in the room, shower did not drain too well, caused some water overflow into the toilet area. Room remained clean as long as you use the door sign, they didn’t respond well to verbal requests. Staff was very professional otherwise. I would definitely stay here again, but there is some room for improvement in a few areas. Still great for the price."
