"The property sits against railroad tracks. We were in a room not directly facing the tracks, but every 5-10 minutes throughout the night, a train would come by. It made it difficult to sleep. Parking was limited and tight in a mid-size SUV. Breakfast setup is congested and difficult to maneuver. That aside, staff was fantastic and courteous. "

"Stayed here because of proximity to cruise port, which was very convenient. Room itself was fine but outdated. Hated the sliding barn-door style bathroom which really hindered bathroom privacy, and the lobby bathrooms weren't any better. Claim Jumper next door was a disappointment; had to send back the meal due to poor cooking. Altogether, would stay here for the port convenience but would look elsewhere if I was coming back to San Diego for another reason."
