"The price was very reasonable, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. There seemed to be quite a few people around the property who did not appear to be hotel guests, which made the area feel a little uncomfortable at times. On our second day, someone knocked on our door twice. When I checked, I saw a gentleman several rooms down walking toward our room. I closed the door, checked again a moment later, and saw him heading back toward his room. I’m not sure what the situation was, but it definitely made us feel a little uneasy. I reported it to the front desk, and the staff were very receptive and took my concern seriously, which made me feel much safer. Cleanliness could also be improved. The elevators had a strong food/pizza smell, and there was some small trash and debris in the carpeted areas. I do want to give Hampton a lot of credit for their customer service. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten a package in my room. The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it, and everything was found exactly where I had left it. I really appreciated how helpful and trustworthy they were. Staff: 10/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Overall, it was a good value and the staff were excellent. With a little more attention to cleanliness and security around the property, the experience would be much better."

"I didn’t notice renovations other than the lobby. My king suite unit was great. Wall of slider windows & 2 separate decks created a panoramic view of the marina. Furniture needed cleaning. Towels were plush and clean; robe is appreciated. Six small worn pillows on a king bothered me, it wasn’t comfortable. More appropriate is 4 larger pillows. Shout out to Tiana at the front desk! She was affable, friendly and very helpfully attentive. Her attitude stood out from the rest. Alexis, restaurant manager, was exceptional in customer service. He was friendly and professional. Great asset and made my long stay at the hotel more enjoyable."
