Our only complaint was that the concierge did not reach out prior to our trip. We missed getting our son signed up for ocean explorers because we didn’t get assistance ahead of our trip. They advertise the concierge service and promise they will reach out before your trip to help you plan activities. We didn’t hear from the concierge until 24 hours into our stay."
