Gorgeous area within walking distance of downtown and easy driving distance to downtown San Diego or the beaches of Coronado. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, park. Nice room with characterful retro appliances. Manager very kind and responsive.

So close to the beach!

So close to the beach and amazing restaurants and shops. Property is super clean and service was fantastic. Finding parking was a bit of an issue but well worth it.

Very cute and Convenient

We loved the location! We are walkers, so walkable to both the Ferry Landing and shops /restaurants. Very happy with the DIY services. Easy access to towels, coffee, ect. Great water pressure in shower!!! Our room was tiny, but patios are very nice.

The property is a cute place to stay with many amenities close by. It is different compared to more traditional hotels. If you are looking for an affordable motel with lots of things to do within walking distance, then this will be a great motel for you.

Cute, safe solo travel spot

The El Rancho is so cute and quaint! It's a really sweet little place and it's clear the owners take good care of the property. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also really quiet which was nice for being streetside. Definitely would stay here again!
