This place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, and professional, and on point. The rooms you can clearly tell our newly renovated and not cheaply either. The beds are excellent. And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance.

It was a good price and mostly clean, though my first room had a funky mildew smell and a dead cockroach in it. But the downtown Oceanside area is notorious for roaches. The woman running the front desk was pleasant and changed my room for me because of the smell. Great location. In good shape (maintenance wise, paint, furniture condition, etc.). Bed was comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast. Overall I’d stay here again.

Rooms are big and clean, definitely no frills, extremely minimal continental breakfast, some interesting decor cheats....but whatever amenities it lacks are more than made up for in the price and proximity to the beach/good restaurants. Friendly staff. Close to highway entrance, so not great for walking around at night, but daytime is lovely!
