"Close to the tram stop and ideal for getting into central Blackpool Room had some areas of repair that need attention Parking was £13.50 on top which wasn't mentioned when we booked Hotel was comfortable and clean Check in was slow as the 2 staff members were dealing with one customer"

"From the moment we arrived till we checked out this hotel delivered. Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, handy fridge, sofa. Delicious buffet breakfast. My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. You pay £10 for use of the facilities. Well worth it. Loved the heated beds. Plenty treatments on offer too. Take £1 coin for the lockers. Hotel is set in lovely grounds and is very central for touring the area. Preston 30 mins by bus (no's 40&41) where you can catch a bus or train to many places. Not far from Blackpool, Liverpool, the Lakes, the Dales. We would highly recommend this hotel and would return if in the area."

"The hotel reception area was stunning and the staff very helpful. Our room was lovely clean and tidy. The only thing there was a smell from the toilet which we told reception about and this was sorted out promptly. The entertainment however finished at 10pm which thought very early. The breakfast 10 stars amazing food . Well worth a visit"

"Hotel clean. Not as disabled friendly as we thought. But we managed. And staff did offer to move our room. Staff amazing. Especially hazel from the breakfast room. Entertainment staff brilliant. And bar staff very helpful. Fantastic price. "

"Had a great stay . Could not fault the staff the food the entertainment. The only let down for me was the bedrooms very small & need renovated to a better standard . It would not stop me booking again "

"We went for the "privilage" room, the best option they have cause it came with a walk in shower. That was a must as my partner has an injury. We stayed 2 nights, the room was so basic, very similar to the Premier Inn just slightly bigger. So bad points, there was a 1 inch gap still there when you close the window, so it was pointless closing it. You could hear the traffic on the motorway and the wind was still blowing through. As we walked out into a courtyard area, my partner slipped and fell on the floor because it was so slippery. They mopped the outside tiling floor and didn't display wet floor signs. It looks good from the outside but the inside was very basic and you pay way more than its worth."
