Staff are amazing and area is nice but the room was disappointing tiny double uncomfortable bed heating on constant so felt like a sauna. Pigeon nest outside room 127 window very noisy. But hotel building itself quite nice has a faded grandeur vibe.

We had a warm welcome from staff. The room was a little dated but spotlessly clean. Location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Saturday night Blackpool, but a team stop was right outside.

Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family.
