"Reaĺly good hotel. Service was amazing. Restaurant was good albeit dined there twice and second time wasnt as good. Advertised spa ans massage facilities, including a brochure about treatments in my room, but the masseuse was on holiday and not available so that was disappointing. "

The true star, though, was our canal view—waking up to gondolas gliding by was pure enchantment. Very clean, shower always hot water and with very extensive breakfast options, only minor point with breakfast is the coffee machines, all the different coffee options means there's a line up for coffee.
