Did not find the downtown area safe many homeless wandering and approached several times. Really didn’t like the location. Parking outside or garage across the street. No valet or help to bring luggage in and out. Not a lot of dining choices and no one shared any info on it compared to other ac hotels it was just ok. Staff just ok in the evening. Rooms could use some warmth decorations ok.

Front desk person was very patient and even took me outside to show me where to park. Hotel room was squeaky clean and the bed was oh so soft. Will definitely stay here again!
