"Rooms were small. We took a standard twin & it was tight opening 2 mid sized luggages (24”) at the same time. That, we kinda expected but having “cabinets” that do not open for use is a great loss of usable space for guests. Not giving full 5 stars because of this. Otherwise, room was clean & well maintained. Coffee is not provided in the rooms, only Japanese tea & bottled water. Free skincare for ladies at the lobby. Front desk staff are courteous & helpful. "It is large area with three beds and table and chairs. It is convenient that the bathroom is separated from the toilet. The best thing is the small kitchen with pans and kitchen implements."

"We stayed for a week and got a great rate. Location was ideal, transportation links were fantastic, close to the train station, tram right outside front door as well as airport bus. The room was basic but met our needs and it was clean. Great ac, fridge and kettle in the room. Also there was free luggage storage. Nothing bad to say at all."
