"Had a great stay, room was a good size (bed was a bit small for 2 people)location was nice 20 min walk to central Shinjuku and quick access to metro. Narita express bus was a 5 min walk to catch back to the airport which was nice. "

"The rooms are very nice modern spacious . The corridor looks outdated though but still clean . Nice to have the adapters and multi cables available in the room . Toilet within the room is spacious bright clean and modern . Will definitely stay here again if I m back to Tokyo. Do remember to check if the room type comes with access to the sky lounge as I forgot to do so"

"Issues with mold/mildew spots in bathtub grout and a small dark blotch on ceiling indicative of mold/mildew. Front desk addressed the problem appropriately once this issue was raised. Overall, I will book at this location again for my future trips."

"Overall, I will give the hotel an excellent review. Only comment I have is the room was very warm. We checked in late November, supposedly cold weather, but actually wasnt that cold yet. Even when we turned off the room heater, it was still very warm inside. It was uncomfortable sleeping. There is no control panel except for turning it off. One more comment is the room cleaning/service. If you do need service, make sure you let them know. Otherwise, the 3 day rule wouldnt apply. Its not automatic. Kudos though for changing towels everyday! We will return for sure. "
