繁華街の中にあり、連休中に泊まりましたが、意外に夜は静かでよく眠れました。 連泊したので洗濯機と洗剤まで用意されていたのは、とてもありがたかったです。 ありがとうございました！

駅から近く、飲食店も近いことから、本当に利用しやすかったです。 場所が良いだけに少し残念だったが、エアコン？室内？の匂いとタオル類の匂いです。 個人差はあるかと思いますが、私は少し苦手でした。

建物は経年が感じられますが 室内はリノベーションされており また清潔に保たれていました。 夕方入室した際 暖房で暖められていて 冷えて疲れた体が癒されました。 駅に程近く、コンビニ、飲食店も充実していました。駐車場はなく、近隣のパーキング周辺は道幅が狭いため少し遠くを利用しました。

お部屋は綺麗でした。

トイレが狭かった。せめてウォシュレットが着いているといいなぁと思いました。 上の部屋の物音がすごくうるさかった。 でも、清潔で、お部屋もチェックインした時からとても暖かくて快適でした。

アパートの1室でしたが、室内はとても綺麗で、生活用品も揃えて頂いてるので不便無く過ごす事が出来ました。駅前で交通の便も良く、近隣にはスーパーやコンビニがたくさんありとても便利でした。車を利用しましたが、部屋のすぐそばにコインパーキングがあり、そこ以外にもたくさんありました。 電車でも車でも不便の無い施設です。

新所沢駅のすぐ近くにあります。古いアパートの一室で近隣の声など聞こえてしまいます。部屋の中は綺麗で必要な物は揃っています。トイレがウォシュレットではないのは残念でした。総じて考えると料金設定は高めな気がします。部屋を出て目の前にあるラーメン屋さんは美味しかった!
