"I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days. The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!"

"We stayed here during The Great Ice Storm of Jan 2026... The staff went above and beyond to create a safe smooth stay as much as humanly possible, even as the power went out throughout the neighborhood. The location was on a generator well over 24 hours to run basic lights, the elevator, and the lobby/office, where the staff kindly set up a charging station, some delicious food from one of the only nearby functioning takeout restaurants, and waffles! They never lost their patience and understanding to make the most of an awful situation throughout the city. "Home2" was exactly that. I can't thank them enough. Objectively speaking, this clean, orderly property is in an outstanding "launch pad" location for visiting Nashville. Thank you to the whole staff and we'll be recommending the hotel to visitors all year round."
