The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were not as comfortable to me. The pool was small. Breakfast was great and all the staff were helpful and courteous. The shuttle when it was available was great for getting to Broadway. The lobby was beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Element. The property was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good and the complimentary shuttle experience was phenomenal with Ms Jude, she was the absolute best with a kind heart for people.

Excellent stay! The staff and valets were super nice and helpful. The hotel itself, the room and grounds were immaculate. The bed was so comfortable! The pool was small, but nice! Location wasn’t too far from downtown and pretty easy to get around. Breakfast didn’t have a ton of options, but got the job done. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was well except housekeeping only came once during our three day trip and when they did they only grabbed the dirty towels. The breakfast was good and the surrounding areas. It’s easy to get around. There is no on site parking like it says just valet for 40/night. There is a shuttle that takes you miles out that runs on tips the women who drive is very nice.
