The ONLY reason I didn’t walk out is because I was physically exhausted and it would not have been safe to drive anywhere else. The room was cheap for the area, and I didn’t expect a 5 star resort. My only expectation was that it would be basically clean, to which it wasn’t. There was long hair on the table and pillow when I got in. I also killed a cockroach when I was going to bed. I will admit that the bed was decently comfortable, though. The physical shape of the room and surrounding area needed some serious attention. I was not happy when I was forced to have my drivers license held at the front desk because of some “computer issue” When I brought up the cockroach issue and showed the employee the picture at checkout, his response was sometimes the bugs come and said I could have switched rooms. Did not offer an apology or seem like he was interested in my issues. Please do not stay here. "
