"Upon checking in, staff were friendly. We got to our room and everything was nice, only issue we had was tv wasn't working in our room and the A/C unit made a really loud "bird chirping" sound. Breakfast was very good and parking convienient for customers. Overall, it was AA good stay. "

"The pictures LIE. The room was disgusting, brown stains on the bed sheets, grimmy showerhead, blood on the telephone, annoying bed frame makes loud noise when you’re getting on the bed. Seems like they just go in to make the sheets and not even clean anything."

"When I got to my room, the TV didn't work and there was no mirror over the sink. They agreed to give me another room. The next one was filthy with black mold and peeling paint in the bathroom and dirt on the walls and still a TV that didn't work. They showed me 3 more - I don't think the TV worked in any, but at least I found one that looked reasonably clean and had a working hair dryer (the only amenity). The internet wouldn't run on my laptop (not strong enough?), they were never able to make the TV work (and the lady at the front desk just laughed at me and said "I can't fix TV you wait till tomorrow!" - what a joke. The breakfast items were pretty much gone 45 minutes into the 2-hour service and I'm not sure they were ever refilled. The towels were threadbare... I could go on and on. The bed sheets were clean, but that was the only plus. As I was checking out, someone else was in the office complaining about their air conditioning not working. I'm guessing every room has an issue. It looks like it hasn't had a penny spent on updating it in years."

"Literally baby Nats all hovered from the bathroom to the sink floorboards peeling in some areas & the door scarily easily unlocked. Also when u get there there's a $50 co fee that they don't tell u abt when u book. Pillows & sheets dont look washed luckily I brought a blanket. Soap was crusted when poured out. Bed rock hard. I wish I was exaggerating. TV was nice tho !"
