"The staff were very nice and helpful people. The hotel was cleaned. The air-conditioning could’ve been a little better, but it was also during a heat wave."
"Brenda and Lisa are the best. They made sure our stay was very comfortable for me and my family. They also helped us a lot with all the questions we had and gave us the resources we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely miss Toulouse! We had so much fun discovering new places. I will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends when they go to France. Very kind staff and the hotel goes above and beyond for the price we paid. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!"

"Stayed one night on route to Lourdes. Conveniently located, opposite train station and shuttle bus to airport. Basic accomodation but decent. Enjoyed the powerful shower. Breakfast was fine and reception staff was most helpful."
