The staff was very kind and the hotel is in a great location. It’s also very pretty and they have multiple spaces where you can sit and hang out or have a bite. We did not add the breakfast option, but we saw it each morning and it looked quite good.

Lovely hotel. Very well situated. Only 5/6 min walk to Le Capitole main square and all shopping. Very nice breakfast with a courtyard to sit outside if you wished. Room with good aircon. Staff very helpful and polite. I was visiting family and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk to the capital and other places of interest. The hotel Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The air conditioning was very good and very welcome as it was hot outside. Tasty breakfast with a lot of choice. The hotel provides free coffee and tea throughout the day which was lovely. I would recommend this hotel as we had a great 4 night stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and were particularly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Unfortunately, there had been a mix-up with our reservation through Expedia. When we arrived at around 7:30 pm, the booking was not under my name and the room available had one double bed and one single bed rather than the three separate beds we had expected. The member of staff at reception was extremely friendly, understanding and helpful and did their best to resolve the situation. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the warm welcome and the way the staff handled a difficult situation that did not appear to be the hotel’s fault. Despite the booking issue, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level. Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds. Wifi was strong and worked well. Room was clean. Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked. Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives.

My experience at the Alfered Hotel was great. The staff were warm, helpful and very attentive. Upon check in they showed me where all the amenities were and even escorted me to my room. The room itself was very clean and had, probably, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel (and I travel a lot). I will note that the room was a bit small, but I was by myself, so the layout/configuration wasn't an issue. I was there during a major heatwave, and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was a good value for the money. The hotel was a short 10 min walk from the train station and maybe a 7 min walk to the city center...perfect location. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I were in Toulouse.

The hotel is recently renovated and the location is very convenient. The big problem is the noise; on Saturday night we could not sleep at all given the noise from the street. The other nights were okay but it is literally impossible to sleep due to the noise from the people, nightclubs on the night when that happens.

I really enjoyed he hotel. The quality of the linens and bathroom was excellent. However I was there is the middle of a heatwave and the bed was dressed with a heavy warm winter duvet , lovely but not suitable ! I suggested to them all that was required was a sheet ! Breakfast was varied and delicious. Free coffee and tea available to help yourself tool day. The location was initially surprising but actually very convenient. It is 5 mins from the Jean Jaure Airport Navette stop. There is a Metro station there too, though walking in Toulouse is easy and almost all flat. All the staff were helpful.

The hotel was well appointed but the problem was it was probably the noisiest room I have had in any hotel anywhere in the world that I have stayed it. A group of young people congregated under my window until 5am in the morning. It was horrendous.

Les chambres sont extrêmement petites meme pour une personne seule. Il y a de la place pour le lit et pas plus. Les produits de toilette sont terribles! Surtout le shampooing qui est terrible!! Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’options pour le petit déjeuner et les assiettes restent vides très longtemps avant qu’un remplissage arrive.
