"Had to stay overnight in Tulsa, unexpectedly. It was nice to get a room on short notice at a fair price. They were able to provide some necessities that we needed like toothbrushes and toothpaste, but lacked others, like deoderant samples, Q-tips and a loaner hair straightener. I get that, but it sure would have come in handy. I really did like the toothbrushes. Staff was mostly nice and breakfast was OK. Would stay here again if we needed to. Coming to town again at the end of the month, but not sure if we will bring our dogs and will have to find a place that is very dog-friendly if we do. Don't know if this one is yet."

"My husband and I were so blessed to stay at SpringHill Suites! We were met with a warm welcome along with a comfortable stay. Everything was so clean and relaxing. We also loved the pool size and temperature. We will definitely be back! "

"The rooms were not clean, tile missing on the bathroom floors. The kitchen area had roaches. One bed was broken and could not be used. The microwave would not work. When we tried to reach out to staff, no workers were available and the phone number taped to the front desk led to a voicemail that was not set up. This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. There was zero customer service. Not even an employee to assist us. And at that, we were not given a different room or option to cancel and go to a different hotel. Because there were NO staff anywhere to be found. "

"Room was basic which given past stays at sister properties was not what we expected. There was a plastic bag over smoke detector assumingly because previous guest smoke or vaped in room. When told to front desk attendant she said it was ok and she couldn’t take it down because she wasn’t tall enough. Had to call front desk because TV remote did not work to which she brought another remote that was for TV because original remote was for live tv. Attendant left remote in room but said they only had 6 left because guests took them. If you want a basic stay this is your place, we have learned to pay the extra few $ and get something better. Also please look at recent reviews and don’t just look at default sorting in app! "
