"I miss the free breakfasts. The in-room coffee was very bad. You need a better coffee brand. Other than that, everything was excellent. The hot tub and superior mattresses gave our tired old bones some relief."

I called the number posted at the front desk and luckily someone came and assigned us a new room that had been cleaned. We weren't expecting that but at least the problem was solved. "
