"EXCELLENT customer service. Prior to checkin, Natasha at front Desk let me know pool/hot tub were down. Then proceeded to help me find sister properties in area offering those amenities. Advised Expedia of issue, and offered to cancel or transfer reservation (Expedia declined😤) She was so gracious and helpful that we ultimately stayed there. Great IHG experience. Expedia, not so much."
