Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . "This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."
