"The breakfast area was clean, well organized and well stocked. Food was hot, good variety and quickly replenished. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. Our favorite part was definitely the staff. They were so friendly and very helpful to us. Jean the asst GM alerted us to an oil leak on our vehicle and her staff, Jason and Felix helped and assisted us while there. They were great! We didn’t catch all the names but sure did appreciate their caring and concern as we were 13hrs drive from home. They went above and beyond and we could not thank them enough. We would most definitely book this hotel again, if in Buffalo. Their kindness went a long way!"

"Very convenient to the theater that was the best part. The hotel needs a make over like yesterday. Most things were out dated in the rooms. Toilet so low to the floor felt like a toddler. The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Mansion on Delaware. Room was very clean, staff were amazing and the freshly made breakfast was a huge bonus. Enjoyed a drink at the bar chatting with other visitors and the staff and came back after the game to a pint in front of the fireplace. Highly recommended! Thanks"

"Everything was as expected except our room did not have heat in a deluxe room. They had to bring us a space heater but it dropped to the 40s/50s at night since we couldn't run the space heater all night. "

"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. "Room was a bit outdated for the price. Daily paid parking is expensive. Continental breakfast is expensive for what is offered. We probably wouldnt stay again."

"Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"
