When in Cairo, hotel location is a must.
The hotel is very conveniently located, across the old Egyptian Museum.
This is where you need to be if it's your first time.
Turn left as you get out the hotel and that will take you everything you need from dining, shopping, souvenirs.
One piece of advise, do not engage a conversation when someone approach you in the corner or alone the shopping lanes.
Otherwise, Steingenberger has the best service, front desk, room, dining staff and even the sales staff in the mini shop.

2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays

4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views

1.Some items on menu were not available
2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."
