"I paid for one day there throw the app and when I called him to tell him I am coming he told me I need to pay in cash I told him I already paid he didn’t give me the room and did not pay me back the money and was very rude about it."

"Our family of 4 with kids enjoyed our 4 nights at the Novotel. We came off an exhausting 14 hour layover and were happy with our suite. We were in a nonsmoking room facing the Nile on the 3rd floor and although we could hear some noise, it did not bother us. The view was amazing, the service was excellent, breakfast was good and the kids slept well on the pull out couch. We had a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely stay here again when back in Cairo. "
