"The location is great with a view of the historic downtown and the church in the middle of the city. Needs new doors, windows and bathroom upgrade. Very clean and comfortable. Parking is good but the lane to get to the parking lot in the back is very tight. They did mention there is a different parking lot close to there. Day shift front desk was extremely helpful, Night Shift guy was grumpy. During the day the area around there is fantastic, after dark need to be careful. Free breakfast."

"Eu cometi um erro na data da reserva. A recepcionista não fez esforço algum pra me alocar em outro quarto, mesmo com um longo histórico de hospedagem neste hotem. Quando uma outra recepcionista me attendeu, foi mais solícita, mas eu já havia reservado outro hotel e ainda precisei pagar a diária do estacionamento do carro. "A basic property adjacent to the local bus station within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was limited but included eggs and a variety of breads and cakes - a very welcome inclusion as there are very few other options in the area. I was able to get early breakfast on my departure morning which was greatly appreciated. Soundproofing is poor, although fortunately,noise levels reduced & ok for most of the night. 2nd night was much better. WiFi is just acceptable. There is no lift, so this...

Alguns pontos a citar: - Treinamento dos funcionários, alguns parecem não estar muitos satisfeitos em estar trabalhando lá. Pra quem lida com cliente a simpatia é algo fundamental. - Refeições: sentimos falta de frutas no almoço e janta e opções diet. Mas ter petit gateau pra mim foi genial e incrível. E o horário das refeições não me agradou muito poderia ter um horário maior começando mais cedo, seja no café que...
